Please review our refund policy below, which applies to all purchases made via the VesBuddy website (vesbuddy.com), our Android app (Play Store), and iOS app (App Store).
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for paid VesBuddy services (such as eSIM purchases, premium learning content, or job portal subscriptions) if requested within 14 days of the original transaction date.
- To be eligible, you must not have fully used or consumed the purchased service (e.g., eSIM not activated, course not fully accessed, or job portal subscription not utilised).
- Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered, used, or accessed, or for any digital goods marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@vesbuddy.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
- For in-app purchases, you may also initiate a refund request through the Play Store or App Store, following their respective refund processes.
- We may require proof of purchase and additional information to process your request.
3. Refund Process
- Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- If your refund is rejected, we will provide a clear explanation.
4. Exceptions
- Services that have been fully utilised or consumed are not eligible for refunds.
- Any promotional or discounted purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for issues outside VesBuddy’s control, such as loss of internet connectivity, device incompatibility, or user error.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations made after the refund eligibility period will not result in a refund, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the paid period.
